Proposals for Fee Increases

On March 13, Karen Horn, VLCT Director of Advocacy and Public Policy, submitted these comments on the Agency of Natural Resources' proposals for fee increases in this session's fee bill to Janet Ancel, Chair of the House Ways and Means Committee.
