MAC has worked with local governments across the state to determine where and how the organization might grow and what type of staffing is necessary. Our organizational restructuring process involves employees and board members in discussions of decision-making, communication, and accountability. Based on those discussions, MAC staff will recommend possible models for organizational structure and decision-making.
Our strategic planning process typically occurs over three to six sessions and focuses on a five-year strategic plan for the organization.
