Group Life & Disability Insurances

The Group Life and Disability Program allows VLCT Health Trust members to enhance their employee benefit program. Members benefit from group rates for life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, short term disability and long term disability. Their employees benefit by being guaranteed issue, which means they do not have to show proof of insurability by completing a medical questionnaire. In addition, the policy covers employees both on and off the job, giving them 24/7 coverage. UNUMProvident administers the program for VLCT.
