The Vermont League of Cities and Towns (VLCT) is hiring! Be part of the COVID-19 pandemic recovery effort by helping cities, towns and villages plan, implement, and track nearly $200 million in federal relief funding coming to our cities, towns, and villages.
The ARPA Outreach and Finance Assistance Coordinator will work directly with our members providing one-on-one technical assistance to help them understand evolving federal guidance, build compliant spending plans, and help with federal reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing both municipal budgets and federal grants and have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or public administration or comparable area. Experience and training with Windows-based computer software, preferably Microsoft Office products, and having advanced Excel skills are required.
This full-time, temporary position with full benefits will report directly to the Executive Director. VLCT anticipates grant funding to last at least two years. Salary commensurate with experience.
