The Town of Randolph seeks a Zoning Administrator and Health Officer. The Zoning Administrator is a part-time (20-25 hours per week) professional, appointed position with a high degree of independence and the responsibility for administering and enforcing the Randolph Land Use Regulations (a unified zoning and subdivision bylaw). The Health Officer does not hold regular office hours and is activated on an as-needed basis to perform the duties as prescribed by State of Vermont (18 V.S.A. § 602).
