Join Emily Chamberlain Adams, Assistant Attorney General of the Civil Rights Unit in the Vermont Attorney General's Office, to explore the legal responsibilities of employers and managers with regard to important transgender and inclusivity topics in the workplace. This session will review the latest state and federal legal developments concerning gender identity discrimination and will address best practices for understanding proper use of pronouns and non-discrimination policies and procedures.
