Heather Law
Municipal Research and Information Associate

Heather is responsible for supporting executive recruitment searches for municipalities, conducting surveys and analysis on municipal governance, administering and developing content for VLCT’s website, and coordinating member trainings. She joined VLCT in 2015 as Municipal Research and Information Associate for the Municipal Assistance Center. Heather is a seasoned administrative professional with more than 15 years of experience in organizational development, training, and education; digital technology; and customer relations working for nonprofit and academic institutions. Her mission is to promote better outcomes and decision making by providing quality research and analysis, educational support, and resources for local governments.

Fun Fact: Heather is an eight generation Vermonter with an excessive interest in British television.
