Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Director

Mike manages the Finance team, which includes a Deputy CFO, two full time accountants, and a part-time bookkeeper. The team is responsible for financial operations of the League and the two Trusts including budgets, accounting, cash collections, investments, receivables and payables, audit preparation, and financial reporting. Since 1986, Mike has worked in both school and municipal government – as Business Manager for Orange North Supervisory Union and the Burlington School District as well as CFO for the Town of Hanover, N.H., and the City of Nashua, N,H. Mike has been responsible for budgets ranging between $12 million and $250 million; monthly and quarterly financial statements, audit preparation – including annual independent audits – an IRS audit, and regulatory examinations.
