Milly is responsible for providing technical assistance and outreach to municipalities seeking to protect local water resources and water quality. She has worked as the Water Resources Coordinator at VLCT since 2006, and takes pleasure in helping municipalities meet stormwater management and flood hazard protection goals thorough local zoning and other regulatory approaches.
