Important VLCT Update: Changes in how calls and inquiries are directed
Dear VLCT Members,
You may notice over the next month or so some changes in how we receive and direct member calls and inquiries. The familiar, friendly voice of our receptionist, Theresa Bachand, will be temporarily replaced by a variety of staff covering for her during a much-needed leave. As a result, there may be times when calls are routed through our voicemail system.
The good news is that this change represents an opportunity for us to streamline incoming communications and answer your questions more quickly. We are excited to announce that we are offering new ways to reach various departments more directly and will continue to enhance this process.
Because we are a member-based organization, it is always our highest priority to deliver the best service to our members. We appreciate your patience as we test and refine this process.
