This document replaces the "Town Office Closure FAQs Related to COVID-19" resource.  In response to questions posed by our members legislative changes and executive orders and their legal and practical effects on general municipal operations, the Municipal Assistance Center has assembled the following information related to common and forthcoming municipal services such as dog licensing, access to public records, town office closures and re-openings, and processing zoning applications.
