1. Call to order by President; introduction of new members and guests, if any. (12:20)
2. Additions and deletions to the Agenda (12:25)
   Action Suggested: Board members should review the agenda, including adding or deleting items, moving items to and from the consent agenda, and having the President, board members, and staff identify items to be added under “Other Business.”
3. Consent Agenda Items (12:30)
   Action Suggested: Approve all items in gross and without debate or amendment. A single member can demand a separate vote for any of the series offered. Items voted separately require a separate motion to approve and may be fully debated and amended at the end of the agenda.
   a. Approve Minutes of December 16, 2021 meeting. 
   b. Accept Personnel Report. 
   c. Accept Organizational Update. 
4. Discussion with Governor Scott (12:35)
   Action Suggested: No action is requested. The Governor will provide brief remarks about the Legislative session. Board members are encouraged to bring questions for the Governor. A copy of the VLCT Legislative Priorities is included in the packet.
5. VLCT, PACIF, and VERB Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Training (1:00)
   Action Suggested: No action is required. VLCT’s equity consultants Nikki Fuller and Wanda Heading Grant will provide a Diversity Equity and Inclusion training for the three boards as part of the VCF grant scope of work.
