The VLCT Property And Casualty Intermunicipal Fund (PACIF), created in 1986, provides extensive coverage for losses to member municipalities for property damage, auto accidents, injured employees, public official liability, and employment practices liability. These coverages are designed and implemented by VLCT's in-house Underwriting and Claims teams and include many benefits not available elsewhere. In addition, PACIF members can — and should! — make full use of our Loss Control team, which identifies and helps implement policy and safety strategies to prevent claims from occurring in the first place.
