CHIP IN VT: Building Local Capacity for Housing and Infrastructure

CHIP IN VT (CHIP Invest in Vermont) gives municipal staff the skills, tools, and confidence they need to use Vermont’s Community and Housing Infrastructure Program (CHIP).

This three-year VLCT workforce development initiative supports municipalities in understanding and using CHIP – a financing tool that allows communities to invest in critical infrastructure, such as water, wastewater, roads, and stormwater systems, to enable new housing.
