Lawsuit/Complaint Notice

This page is for use by PACIF member municipalities that have received a new lawsuit, Human Rights Commission (HRC) Attorney General complaint or Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEEOC) complaint.

You must upload a file below to submit a lawsuit/complaint notice. Please ONLY upload the actual complaint and include any service page as one document with the complaint. 

DO NOT upload any other documents. A separate link will be sent to you once a claim is set up and assigned that you will use to upload additional documents.

Files will be transmitted over a secure connection to PACIF Claims staff.

The municipality's information is inherent in the paperwork. If you have not received the claim acknowledgement within 48 hours of the upload, please contact VLCT.claims@vlct.org.
