Lawsuit/Complaint Notice

This page is for use by PACIF member municipalities that have received a new lawsuit, court document, Human Rights Commission (HRC) complaint, or Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) complaint.

Files will be transmitted over a secure connection to PACIF Claims staff.

You can upload more than one file at a time, but they cannot be in a folder. If using drag and drop, make sure the small "-> Move" flag shows before you drop.

The municipality's information is inherent in the paperwork. If you have not received the claim acknowledgement within 48 hours of the upload, please contact VLCT.claims@vlct.org.
