CHIP IN VT (CHIP Invest in Vermont) gives municipal staff the skills, tools, and confidence they need to use Vermont’s Community and Housing Infrastructure Program (CHIP).
This three-year VLCT workforce development initiative supports municipalities in understanding and using CHIP – a financing tool that allows communities to invest in critical infrastructure, such as water, wastewater, roads, and stormwater systems, to enable new housing.
