If a wage determination does not include a needed labor classification, an additional classification may be requested at IRAprevailingwage@dol.gov.
The request should include:
- The type of facility;
- Facility location;
- Proposed labor classifications;
- Proposed prevailing wage rates;
- Job descriptions and duties; and
- Any rationale for the proposed classification.
