VLCT’s Municipal Operations Support team complements the legal assistance provided by our Municipal Assistance Center by helping members with the practical, day-to-day work of running a municipality. Our team brings decades of Vermont local government experience in management and administration, finance, operations, project development, planning, grants, and funding.
Whether you are new to your role, tackling something unfamiliar, working through a challenging issue, or simply wondering “Where do we start?”, we can help.
