Disclosure to CMS on Creditable Coverage for Prescription Plans: Group health plans must inform CMS about whether their prescription drug coverage for Medicare Part D eligible individuals is "creditable." This disclosure is required within 60 days of the end of the plan year. Official compliance deadline for 2026 not yet released at time of publication.
