The FY27 Community Project Funding (CPF) / Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) Process Is Open
This appropriations process is an opportunity for Vermont's Congressional Delegation to bring federal funds directly to Vermont for projects that meet criteria determined by the House and Senate appropriations committees. Applications from Vermont state government entities, municipalities, local government entities, and 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations (in some accounts) will be submitted for consideration for FY27 funding.
