Call for Priority List Application Submittals
Project Priority List (PPL) Applications are due no later than February 6, 2026.
The FFY2026 Vermont Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Funds (CWSRF and DWSRF) Funding cycle has begun. VT DEC is soliciting for Project Priority List (PPL) applications submittals. Please note the schedule and deadline below.
Which project must submit a PPL application?
All projects requesting construction funding must submit a PPL application.
- DWSRF projects requesting planning and design funding must submit a PPL application. This is an EPA-required change since last year.
- CWSRF Projects requesting planning and design funding may submit a PPL application. A PPL application is not required to access planning and design funds. Submitting PPL applications for these projects helps the SRF program plan for future project demand and is greatly appreciated.

What is the Intended Use Plan funding schedule?
To help with planning for your project funding needs, DEC provided its IUPs funding cycle schedule for these programs:
- Draft IUPs release and public hearing notice (public comment begins) - spring 2026
- IUPs public hearing (location TBD) - spring 2026
- IUPs public comment period closes – spring 2026
- Final IUPs release – late spring/early summer 2026
- Funding available - summer 2026, goal of July 1, 2026
