On Wednesday, January 11, Katie Buckley, VLCT’s Federal Funding Assistance Program Director, gave a presentation on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)’s direct aid to local governments. She thanked members for their funding to set up the VLCT Federal Funding Assistance Program and discussed how support from the program is helping towns to implement projects.
