United Way is working to connect local and regional organizations with volunteers throughout their communities through the Volunteer Connection and by amplifying local nonprofit volunteer needs through a network of business, nonprofit, and community partners. In addition, the United Way is able to support organizations using volunteers with resources for best practices and volunteer management drawing on the knowledge of experienced organizations across the nonprofit sector.
