Emmanuel Ajanma is responsible for all technology systems and strategic digital initiatives at VLCT and works to ensure secure, efficient, and innovative solutions for the organization. With extensive experience in information technology (IT) management and municipal technology, he specializes in cybersecurity, software integration, and digital transformation.

Emmanuel joined VLCT in 2024 with more than two decades of experience in both private and public sectors, assisting school districts and local governments in leveraging technology to enhance operations and security. He has led key projects such as implementing cybersecurity frameworks, optimizing IT policies and infrastructure, and integrating software solutions to streamline technology processes.

Emmanuel enjoys collaborating with stakeholders to develop practical and forward-thinking IT strategies that strengthen VLCT and local government.
