Voting at the Virtual Meetings

To facilitate voting in a virtual environment you must designate a voting delegate for each meeting. Your municipality can be represented at each meeting by the same voting delegate or you may choose a different delegate for each meeting. Please note: each member receives one vote at each meeting, you cannot have multiple delegates voting at the same meeting.

VLCT is working with Data On the Spot (DOTS) to manage voting. DOTS will email you the credentials you need to vote and ask you to do a test vote approximately a week before the meetings.
