The Vermont League of Cities and Towns (VLCT), the VLCT Property and Casualty Intermunicipal Fund, Inc. (PACIF), and the VLCT Employment Resource and Benefits Trust, Inc. (VERB) will hold their annual business meeting on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, beginning at 3:00 PM.
The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.

Every VLCT, PACIF, and VERB member that wants to vote at the annual meetings must designate voting delegate(s). To ensure that all three organizations’ members are properly represented and able to participate in the election of officers and any other item that may properly come before the membership, we are asking that your legislative body designate one official as the Voting Delegate for VLCT, PACIF, and/or VERB if your municipal entity is a member. Note: only Full VLCT Members may vote during the VLCT portions.
