The 2021 Compensation and Benefits Survey is out now. As always, participating municipalities will receive free access to the digital survey report to share with municipal officials and a free hard copy for your municipal office. The survey is open from May - July this year allowing for ample time to participate.The deadline for completing the survey is July 16, 2021.
Please note: If you are a municipality with a fiscal year budget and automated payroll system you'll need to wait until after July 1st to submit the salary report. You can complete other parts of the survey anytime after your annual meeting.

Municipalities using NEMRC Payroll Systems can find instructions on pulling a custom salary report below. If you have issues pulling your NEMRC payroll report, please contact NEMRC user technical support at 1-800-387-1110
Non-NEMRC Automated Systems
Quicken, Quickbooks, Peachtree, users may download a template and instructions below to submit their salary data. You can cut and paste your salary data into the template provided.
Manual Entry Tools
Respondents from 2020 should receive their prior year reports on May 3 by close of business. If you do not receive a report and think you submitted a spreadsheet last year may contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. If you did not submit a salary report last year and would like to complete one manually, please use the template provdided below to format your data.
