Are you the custodian of a public record? Under Vermont’s Public Records Act, municipal officials are responsible for providing timely and effective responses to records requests. In this session, we will summarize the definitions, exemptions, deadlines, costs, and nuances of the law to best meet your responsibilities and avoid costly penalties.
