(During polling hours) A person may submit an application for addition to the checklist to the presiding officer at the polling place. Presiding officer must review submitted applications and determine if they meet the requirements of 17 V.S.A. § 2121. Upon approval, the applicant's name must be added to the checklist at the polling place, and the applicant must be provided with the opportunity to vote in the election.
