(During polling hours) Presiding officer must ensure that there is no campaigning of any kind and that no campaign literature or other political materials that display the name of a candidate on the ballot or an organized political party or that demonstrate support or opposition to a question on the ballot are displayed, placed, handed out, or allowed to remain within the building containing the polling place. Presiding officer must also ensure that no candidate or other person physically interferes with the progress of a voter on walks and driveways leading to the polling place.
