(Beginning 30 days before polls open) Early voter ballot processing may commence, if the board of civil authority voted to allow early deposit of ballots into tabulator or ballot box. If conducting early voter ballot processing at a time other than normal business hours, notice of the date(s), time(s), and location of the ballot processing must be posted in or near the clerk's office and at two other public places at least three days in advance.
