The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board (VHCB), the Land Access and Opportunity Board (LAOB), and the Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA) invite you to participate in a brief nine-question, nonscientific survey, which should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
