All VLCT members that have a law enforcement function are eligible to submit proposals for body worn camera funding to the Vermont Department of Public Safety between June 15 and August 15, 2023. The original solicitation is in a 31-page PDF that was emailed to all law enforcement leaders on June 15.
We are noting the grant opportunity here to help municipal selectboards, administrators, and managers be aware of it in case they want to discuss it with their chief of police.
