Based on feedback from vendors and a review of submissions, we are expanding the implementation options available under this RFP. Our intent is to encourage strong, realistic proposals that reflect how vendors would best support VLCT over the long term.
- Vendors may propose a single‑phase implementation that includes:
- Recommending a CMS or platform of their choice, and
- Completing the migration and launch on that platform as one integrated effort
1.0 Introduction and Background
VLCT is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for website hosting, monitoring, security, maintenance, design, and support services. VLCT is a small to mid-sized non-profit with approximately 50 employees. VLCT seeks a cost-effective, sustainable website support partnership and encourages proposals that balance technical excellence with affordability appropriate to nonprofit organizations.
