This webinar introduces VLCT members to Vermont Voluntary Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (VT FMLI). This insurance began being offered only to employees of the State of Vermont on July 1, 2023 and will be open to all Vermont employers with two or more employees on July 1, 2024. It will be completely voluntary: employers can choose whether to offer these benefits to their employees.
