Members can use the form below (visible once you log in) to submit a question to VLCT staff.
Using this form submits a “Message” in the Municipal Access Portal (MAP). After you submit your question, you will receive a confirmation email with an Action Item # which enables you to track responses in MAP. You can track these responses and also ask questions in MAP by clicking “Messages” on the left side of your member dashboard.
The Category drop-down refers to your type of question, ex: legal inquiry, federal funding question, or small group training. Be sure to click the orange Submit button in the lower right corner of this page.
