Jessica Hill oversees VLCT’s office operations and staff human resources (HR) responsibilities, which include managing VLCT’s front-end office, membership, and HR staff.

After beginning her career at VLCT in 1995 as the general secretary, Jessica served in increasingly complex roles – including claims secretary, technical administrator, conference coordinator, and manager of administrative services – prior to becoming HR manager in 2012. She was promoted to Director of Human Resources and Administration in 2015 and to Director of Operations in 2022.

A certified HR professional, Jessica is active in the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She brings impressive empathy, energy, enthusiasm, and institutional knowledge of VLCT to every aspect of her work with members as well as colleagues.
