Last November, the Vermont State Employees’ Retirement System’s Board of Trustees voted to “authorize employer contribution rate increases of 0.5% each year for a period of four years beginning 7/1/2022, to be offset by any increases in the employee contribution rate negotiated with employee groups and approved by the Legislature.”
